REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase and are committed to providing high-quality beauty and skincare tools. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not require physical returns.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued only if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is incorrect
  • Does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo AND video evidence showing the issue
  • For device-related concerns, the video must clearly show the product powered on and the issue occurring

Requests submitted without proper documentation will not be approved.

Refund & Resolution Options

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial or full refund
  • Store credit

Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
  • Cosmetic or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Opened or used personal care devices that are not defective

No Physical Returns

Due to hygiene, safety, and international fulfillment logistics, we do not accept physical returns. Customers are not required to send products back in order to receive support or resolution.

Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that does not comply with this policy, including suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior.
